I would work 8-10 hours daily on engraving a contour map with a hand held, .002 line engraver for up to 200 hours, depending on the terrain being mapped. Thank you Lianne and K. This is my fathers eye that captured this. It is one of many of his photos that I have. My sister and I often went on walks with him and my mom in downtown Lexington, Ky. He always had his Kodak box camera with him. I think the film he used was 640. Only black and white was available for this camera.
