Description
This is one of those many drawings that my dad made during the early 50's of homes in Midway Kentucky. This is taken from a card print he made. He was part of the Manual Art Therapy group for the Veterans Hospital. He used his artwork as printing project for the patients, teaching them how to run a 1420 Offset press.

Your dad was a talented artist as yourself. I love the nostalgic feeling and the sensitivity this work was created with. F/L.

Beautiful work by your dad, David. My (Bill) dad also passed in the late 70s, in fact 1979, so we have that in common. The fact that you are sharing his works speaks highly toward your love for your father and his memories. I applaud you for sharing his works and keeping his memory alive. BRAVO !! L/F

The portfolio of your Dad's work is phenomenal. I especially love his drawing of the buildings and homes where he lived.
