Product Details

Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface.   The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

Artist's Description

I took this image in the early 70's when some of the Old Taylor Distillery warehouses where being torn down to sale off the bricks and heart-pine timber to be reused. Update...2019, the distillery is now called the Castle and Key and the grounds and gardens have been restored. Beautiful part of the Kentucky history of Bourbon.

I would work 8-10 hours daily on engraving a contour map with a hand held, .002 line engraver for up to 200 hours, depending on the terrain being mapped. Drawing tools have become an extension of my hand. My daily work, for over 20 years, touched on all parts of mapping, from surveyors’ notes to map folding. This daily environment was a constant honing of eye/hand skills. I have 7 basic forms that guide me, square, round, elliptical, triangle, hexagon, oval and rectangle. Master the line...
