Description
During July of 1928, Lexington Kentucky had it's "Perfect Storm". Downtown Lexington has several springs and Town Branch Creek ran behind the building on the right. Several blocks of buildings basements went underwater. After this flood, the City of Lexington build their storm drainage system. Town Branch was put into an underground aqueduct that ran the length of city, east to west.
